1. How will my delivery be shipped?

Our shipping methods include YunExpress, UPS, USPS, and Amazon logistics US.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • For now, Greatever needs 1-3 days for processing when total delivery comes into 8-14 days.
  • For Bulk Orders, USPS International First Class shipments may take up to 4-5 weeks.
  • USPS International Priority shipments may take 2-3 weeks.
  • International shipping normally takes 7-21 working days.
  • In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
  • Air Shipments will take up to 4 to 5 days transit time, depending on your shipping selection and location.
  • This does not account for customs processing time. In cases where customs processing is slow, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

4. How do I track a delivery?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number and carrier details.

5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).
  • If you receive incorrect items, please take clear photos as evidence, keep the products unused, and protect the original packaging from any damage. Please contact our customer service team immediately.
    For a full refund or exchange of product, customer service must be notified within 3 business days of the package's initial arrival.
