A foggy mask can affect your snorkeling experience. For regular masks, anti-fog treatment is important. You can rinse the lens with fresh water before use, apply anti-fog solution or mild baby shampoo, then rinse lightly. Avoid touching the inside of the lens, as oils from your fingers can cause fogging. A proper fit also helps reduce condensation.
Our NanoClear™ anti-fog lenses are pre-treated, so no extra anti-fog steps are needed for daily use. With proper care, the anti-fog performance can last for about 1,000 uses. After that, normal anti-fog treatment may be required.
For daily maintenance, simply rinse the mask with fresh water before and after use. After snorkeling, rinse thoroughly and let it air dry in a cool, shaded place. Store it only after it is completely dry.
