1. Order Confirmation

When you place an order through https://greatever.com/, you will receive an email within 60 minutes containing your order confirmation number and order summary.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after confirmation.

 

2. Change of Shipping Address

Once your order is en route, the shipping address cannot be changed.

To modify your order information or cancel your order, please email us at support@greatever.com before your order ships.

 

3. Tracking Orders

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information.

You can track your package online using the provided logistics tracking number or via our tracking service on the website.
