Does Greatever guarantee its products?
Yes. Greatever is committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Each item undergoes a thorough inspection by our quality control team prior to shipment. While we take every precaution to ensure products arrive in perfect condition, unforeseen issues may occasionally occur.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process to ensure a convenient and reliable shopping experience.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your item(s). All return or exchange requests must be initiated, and the returned package must be shipped and postmarked, within this 30-day period.
Returns or exchanges submitted or shipped after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted, and refunds may not be issued for items returned outside of the stated timeframe.
How can I make a return or exchange?

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, ensuring they are placed in the original internal packaging. Securely affix the provided shipping label to the package and ensure that no other tracking labels are visible.
Step 3: Ship the Package
Once the package is prepared, please drop it off at your nearest postal service location for shipment.
Return Address & Conditions
Please do not return any product to the original shipping address listed on the package. If you wish to return an item, you must first contact us via email. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the designated return mailing address.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
- All items must have all original tags attached.
- Accessories must include all components of the original packaging.
- Returned products must be free from damage, stains, deformation, signs of cleaning, or evidence of use.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
What happens after I return an item?
Once we receive your returned item(s), all returns are subject to inspection. After we have reviewed the returned item(s), we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 1–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the return has been successfully processed.
Refund Timeline by Payment Method
- Shopify Payments / PayPal: Refunds may take up to 48 hours to be processed after approval.
- The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment bank or financial institution.
Important Notes
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Returns that do not meet the stated conditions (e.g., outside the 30-day window, damaged, used, or missing original packaging) may not be approved.
Will I be charged a return or exchange shipping fee?
Yes. For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, all return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Greatever does not provide prepaid return labels.
Please note that Greatever reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for packages that are shipped without the required return postage or are sent with unpaid delivery charges.
Situations Not Covered by the 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy
The following circumstances are not covered under our 30-day return and exchange policy, and Greatever is not liable for these issues:
Product Does Not Fit
- You may request an exchange by contacting us to confirm the details. The return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- You may choose to return the item by contacting us for the return address and shipping it back at your own expense.
Unsuccessful Delivery
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Greatever is not responsible for any resulting loss. Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.
- If the package is delivered to an incorrect address or lost due to the fault of the shipping carrier, we will either resend the package at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Package Not Received
- Customs Clearance: Customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer. Once the package is shipped, customers are required to contact their local customs office if clearance issues arise.
- Prolonged Transit Delays: If tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, we recommend contacting your local postal service for assistance. Please also contact us so we can help verify the situation.
Notes
If you have already returned items from an order and wish to return or exchange additional items at a later time, a separate return shipping fee will apply to each additional return. To avoid multiple return fees for the same order, we recommend returning all unwanted items together in a single shipment.
If you receive an incorrect order, incorrect item(s), damaged products, or items with quality issues, please take clear photos of the received items and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.(Please note that, in such cases, we only offer exchanges for the same product or for item(s) of equal or lesser value.)
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and confirmed by our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a registered and traceable shipping service when returning items.
