30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for a refund up to 30 days of the purchase date.
1.Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
2.After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility.
3.All returns must be undamaged and unused, with all original tags still attached and original packaging in new condition. ; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed.
4.Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5.Products must be returned to their point of sale origin. If you did not buy from our website, please contact the original seller.
Return Shipping Responsibility (Unless Faulty)
You may request an exchange by contacting us to confirm the details. The return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
You may choose to return the item by contacting us for the return address and shipping it back at your own expense.
Defective Merchandise
Our Customer Service Team reviews this type of request on an individual basis. Please contact us at greatever.service@gmail.com directly and provide your order and item numbers and describe the defect. Please include pictures of the defect(s).
Refund
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3~5 business days (usually sooner) for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email once your return has been processed and we have issued your refund.
Inspection Upon Delivery (VERY IMPORTANT)
We recommend checking your goods upon delivery and advising us as soon as possible if there are any issues.
Report delivery damage within 7 days.
